} Doom Three: Resurrection of Evil occurs as first-person shooter expansion pack for the 2004 computer game, Doom 3. It was freed in April 4, 2005 for the PC and on October 11, 2005 for the Microsoft Xbox.

Story
Placed 2 years when a cases of
Doom Three'' around 2147, a UAC detects a unknown signal from either one of its Martian satellites, and sends the team within to investigate. Selecting Hell's "Artifact" in a process, the forces of Hell attempt to retake a object from either the streaming video player. the streaming video player controls a marine combat engineer, & he is working for an unseen character from Doom 3: Dr. Elizabeth McNeil, a doctor world health organization was a whistleblower who sent Swann and Campbell at a beginning of Doom Three.

When fighting his way through a complex, the marine sooner or later meets higher sustaining McNeil in the Phobos Labs. She tells him that a merely way to kill a Artifact is to return it to in which it come from either: Hell. A marine powers down a base to re-route power to one of the teleporters to get to Delta Labs, where a independent teleporter to Hell is placed.

A marine arrives within Hell & battles his way to Betruger, world health organization fights using his demon host a Maledict. When fighting him, a Maledict bites him, but prior to he could eat him, a marine shoves a Artifact down Betruger's throat, killing him.

I personally so hear Dr. McNeil's voice saying, "Welcome home, Marine", which assumes that a Marine mass produced it back alive.

Initial reactions
Tremendously such as a parent game, Resurrection of Evil has already experienced occasionally criticisms levelled at it. Since a streaming video player controls an engineer, a developers keep close at hand 'activated' the convienence id Software used in getting a parent game. This weapon, "the Grabber", picks higher & moves certain things similar to the "Gravity Gun" from either a competing bet on Half-Life 2. a bit of use commented that a move is only adding a popular construct into the expansion sequentially to generate sales when virtually all seem to agree that it does add a degree of fun to the back none-the-less. A developers keep around commented that a convienence was in the game prior to Half-Life Two, & was utilized to produce "damaged" rooms within Doom Three; instead of building a ruined room, it would build the pristine room & apply the Grabber to 'damage' it realistically. A gun can as well catch fireballs hurled by enemies & throw the children back at the children.

Level design
Numbers of own criticised a project of the Phobos Labs for existence as well similar to the Alpha Labs & Delta Labs of the original Doom Three, & so creating much of monotony.

Ending
Several use at times criticised a ending for existence as well short, cryptic, & failing to show you a fate of the Union Aerospace Corporation.
